Thank you for shopping with Vizai Art Store.
This Shipping Policy explains how our products are delivered.
1. Digital Products Only
Vizai Art Store currently sells digital products only. These may include printable PDF files, digital artwork, colouring pages, activity sheets, typography prints, wall art, digital bundles and ZIP files.
No physical item will be shipped to you.
2. No Shipping Charges
Because our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges.
You will not receive a printed product, parcel or physical package unless a product listing clearly states otherwise.
3. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered electronically.
Depending on the product and checkout process, delivery may be made through:

a download link on the order confirmation page;

an email containing a download link;

a customer account download area;

a digital delivery app connected to Shopify.
Please make sure that the email address you enter at checkout is correct.
4. Delivery Time
Digital products are usually available immediately after purchase.
In some cases, delivery may take a short time due to payment processing, email delays, technical issues or third-party service delays.
If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first.

5. Incorrect Email Address
If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help you access your digital files, but we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
6. Download Issues
If you experience any issue accessing, downloading or opening your digital file, please contact us at:

a brief description of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may resend the download link, provide access instructions or supply a replacement file.
7. Printing Responsibility
Our products are supplied as digital files for personal printing or digital use, as described in each product listing.
You are responsible for printing the files yourself or using a third-party printing service.
Print quality may vary depending on your printer, paper type, ink, screen settings and printer settings. Colour differences between screen and print are normal and are not considered a delivery issue.
8. Physical Shipping
At this time, Vizai Art Store does not offer physical shipping.
If we add physical products in the future, such as printed posters, canvas prints or print-on-demand products, this Shipping Policy will be updated with information about delivery times, shipping costs, carriers, tracking and delivery locations.
9. Lost or Missing Parcels
Because we currently sell digital products only, there are no physical parcels to track, lose or deliver.
If you cannot access your digital download, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital products are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, orders cannot usually be cancelled or refunded once the digital file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
