5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally delivered automatically after successful payment.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

By purchasing a digital product from Vizai Art Store, you agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately after purchase. You also acknowledge that once the digital file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, you lose the right to cancel the order.

We do not offer refunds where:

you changed your mind;
you no longer want the product;
you purchased the wrong item by mistake;
you expected a physical item, where the listing clearly states that the product is digital;
you did not read the product description before purchase;
the file has already been delivered, accessed or downloaded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a file is faulty, corrupted, missing, incorrect or materially different from the product description, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the issue by providing support, a replacement file or, where appropriate, a refund in accordance with your legal rights.

7. Personal Use Licence

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products sold by Vizai Art Store are provided for personal use only.

You may:

download the file for your own personal use;
print the file for your own personal use;
use the printed product at home, in your personal space or as a personal gift;
save a backup copy for your own personal use.

You may not:

resell the digital file;
resell printed copies;
share, upload or distribute the file;
claim the artwork or files as your own;
edit the file for resale;
use the file for commercial products;
use the file in print-on-demand products;
include the file in bundles, memberships, templates or digital libraries;
give the file away for free online or offline.

Commercial use is not included unless a separate commercial licence is clearly purchased or agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, files, images, product descriptions, branding, text and digital content available through Vizai Art Store are owned by Vizai Art Store or licensed to us.

Purchasing a product gives you a limited licence to use the digital file according to the licence terms. It does not transfer copyright, ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
