Vizai Art Store sells digital products, including printable PDF files, digital artwork, colouring pages, activity sheets, typography prints, wall art and digital bundles. No physical products are shipped unless clearly stated in a product listing.
2. Digital Products
Most products sold through Vizai Art Store are digital products delivered by instant download. After purchase, you will receive access to download the digital file or files connected to your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, software and printer are suitable for opening, downloading and printing the files before purchasing.
3. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe all products accurately. Please read the full product description before placing an order. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, paper, ink and printer settings.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and you understand that you are purchasing a digital product unless the listing clearly states otherwise. All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
5. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally delivered automatically after successful payment through a download link, email, customer account area or a Shopify-connected digital delivery app. If you cannot access your file, contact support@vizai.art with your order number and checkout email.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that digital content may be supplied immediately and acknowledge that once delivered, accessed or downloaded, you lose the right to cancel the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Personal Use Licence
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are provided for personal use only. You may download and print the file for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, edit for resale, use commercially, include in bundles or claim the files as your own work.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, files, images, descriptions, branding, text and digital content are owned by Vizai Art Store or licensed to us. Purchasing a product gives you a limited licence to use the digital file according to the licence terms. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not use our website, products or digital content for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful code, copy store content without permission, interfere with website security, or resell/redistribute digital products without permission.
10. Accuracy of Website Information
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all information will always be free from errors. We may correct errors, update information, change prices, amend descriptions or cancel orders if information is inaccurate.
11. Third-Party Services
Our store may use Shopify, payment processors, digital delivery apps, analytics tools and other third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
