RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Vizai Art Store.
This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations are handled for digital products purchased from our store.
1. Digital Products
Vizai Art Store sells digital products, including printable PDF files, digital artwork, colouring pages, activity sheets, typography prints, wall art and digital bundles.
Unless a product listing clearly states otherwise, all products sold through Vizai Art Store are digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once a file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded.
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. For this reason, all digital product sales are final once the digital content has been made available to the customer, except where required by law.
3. Cancellations
Under UK consumer law, customers may have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases.
However, by purchasing a digital product from Vizai Art Store, you agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately after purchase. You also acknowledge that once the digital file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, you lose the right to cancel the order.
If you wish to cancel an order before the digital file has been delivered or accessed, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the digital file has already been delivered, accessed or downloaded, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund, except where required by law.
4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital products where:

you changed your mind;

you no longer want the product;

you purchased the wrong item by mistake;

you did not read the product description before purchase;

you expected a physical product, where the product description clearly states that it is a digital download;

the file has already been delivered, accessed or downloaded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Digital Files
If there is a problem with your digital file, please contact us at:

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue.
We will be happy to help if:

the file is corrupted or cannot be opened;

the wrong file was delivered;

the download link does not work;
-
the product is materially different from the description;
-
pages are missing from the file;
-
there is a technical issue with the supplied digital content.
Where possible, we will first provide a replacement file, resend the download link or help you access the correct product.
If we are unable to repair, replace or provide access to the correct digital product, we may issue a full or partial refund in accordance with your legal rights.
6. Download and Printing Responsibility
Our digital products are designed for personal printing and digital use as described in each product listing.
Please check the product description carefully before purchasing, including:

file format;

paper size;
-
number of pages;
-
intended use;
-
licence terms;
-
whether the product is digital or physical.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, paper type, ink and printer settings. Such colour variations are not considered a fault.
7. Personal Use Licence
Unless stated otherwise, all digital products are sold for personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, edit for resale, copy for commercial purposes or claim the files as your own work.
Commercial use is not included unless a separate commercial licence is clearly purchased or agreed in writing.

9. Your Statutory Rights
