Find my download
Your files are ready the moment you pay. Here is where to look.
- Check the thank-you page. Right after checkout, the download button is on the order confirmation page.
- Open your order email. Search your inbox for “VizAI Art” or the product name. The same download link is inside.
- Look in spam and promotions. Order emails sometimes land there, especially in Gmail’s Promotions or Updates tabs.
- Still nothing? Email support@vizai.art with your order number or the email you used at checkout, and the studio will resend your files. Please don’t send any payment details.
Quick answers
How do I open the ZIP file?
Download it fully first, then unzip. On a computer: double-click (Mac) or right-click and choose Extract All (Windows). On iPhone: save it to the Files app and tap the ZIP. On Android: open it in Files by Google and tap Extract.
What size can I print?
Alphabet letters and Music Art prints are 4,096 × 4,096 px, square. They print sharp up to about 35 × 35 cm (14 × 14 in) at 300 DPI and still look great up to around 50 cm (20 in) on a wall.
Is anything posted to me?
No. Everything is a digital download, so there is no shipping and no waiting. Print at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service.
Can I buy just a few letters?
Yes. Every alphabet has a “Choose Your Letter” version at £3 per letter, and the Name Builder adds the right letters to your basket. For four or more letters, the full A–Z set at £10 is better value.
Can I use the art in a school or business?
Our standard licence is personal use only. For schools, clinics, offices and businesses we offer a separate licence — send us a request.
Can I get a refund?
Digital sales are final once the file is delivered or downloaded. If a file is faulty, won’t open or the link doesn’t work, we’ll resend it or send a replacement, and if we can’t fix it the studio may offer a refund.
